The purposes and legal basis of processing: |
The personal data provided by you will be processed for the purpose of resolving the matter you brought to us. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the legitimate interest of PGL S.A. consisting of the need to properly handle the requests received.
If you are a journalist, your data will be processed for the purposes of sending press releases containing the offer of PGL S.A. or PGL S.A. Group companies to the e-mail address provided based on the legitimate interest, i.e. the ability to send press releases. |
Data recipients: |
Your data may be transferred to the providers of selected services to PGL S.A. (e.g. IT services). Data will be transferred only to the extent necessary to provide such services. The above-mentioned service providers act on the basis of their agreements with us, exclusively in accordance with our instructions. |
Storage period: |
Your data will be processed throughout the period of maintaining correspondence and resolving the case. Afterwards your data will be kept not longer than until the expiry of the claims arising in this respect, if any. Data of journalists processed in connection with sending press releases will be processed until an objection is filed with respect to its processing. |
