It is the sixth day of Operation #LOTdoDomu. In total, since March 15, more than 18,000 Polish nationals have been transported back to Poland on 121 flights. Today, LOT planes will fly to collect passengers from Bangkok, Dublin, Amsterdam and Moscow. And this is not the end of bringing home those who, due to the spread of coronavirus and the suspension of both air and rail traffic, have not been able to come back home as planned.

Thanks to Operation #LOTdoDomu, 18,000 persons have already returned to Poland on board LOT Polish Airlines flights. The national carrier operated a total of 121 flights, using 38 aircrafts: Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Boeing 737-800 and Embraer E-jet. Today, LOT will fly to collect passengers from Bangkok, Dublin, Alicante, Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Moscow.

In the coming days, special flights are planned from Doha, Miami, Vienna, Trondheim, Edinburgh, Belgrade, Kiev, Chisinau and Podgorica (March 21), as well as from Zagreb, Brussels, London, Zurich and Dublin (March 22).

Charter flights are planned for several days ahead, based on the number of requests registered by Polish nationals wishing to return home. Current lists of destinations from which it is possible to return under the #LOTdoDomu operation are available on the website https://www.lot.com/pl/pl/lot-do-domu.

All Polish nationals who wish to return to the country may register their request for flight at the websites: LOTdoDomu.com and LOTdoDomu.pl.

Epidemiological safety is a priority. All travelers returning to Poland under the #LOTdoDomu operation have their body temperature checked and are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine.
