Polish Aviation Group S.A. informs that the Company’s Supervisory Board has appointed the following persons to the PGL S.A. Management Board:
- Mr. Artur Lebiedzinski to the position of President of the Management Board
- Mr. Paweł Hajduk to the position of Member of the Management Board for Finance and Economics
The newly appointed members of the Company’s Management Board will assume their duties on the 15th of July 2024.
