Polish Aviation Group S.A. inform that on 27th of May 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolution no. 26/2024/III/RN/61 on dismissal from the position of President of the Management Board of PGL S.A. Mr. Michał Fijoł and about temporarily entrusting the duties of the President of the Management Board of the Company to the Vice-President of the Company, Mr. Bartosz Piechota, until the Supervisory Board conducts the qualification procedure for the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company or until the earlier release of the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company from the above-mentioned duties. The Supervisory Board also adopted resolution no. 27/2024/III/RN/62 on the dismissal of Mr. Paweł Urbaniak, Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer.
