Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of PGL S.A. Polish Aviation Group S.A.

Polish Aviation Group S.A. inform that on 25th of April 2024, the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGL S.A. made changes to the composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of PGL S.A. passed a resolution to dismiss from the Supervisory Board of the Company:

•         Ms. Elżbieta Bugaj,

•         Ms. Halina Ołdakowska,

•         Mr. Jarosław Jaźwiński,

•         Mr. Piotr Pełka,

•         Mr. Tomasz Filla,

•         Mr. Artur Ciszkowski.

At the same time, the The Extraordinary General Meeting of PGL S.A. appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company:

•         Mr. Michał Paziewski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board,

•         Mr. Łukasz Chaberski as a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board,

•         Ms. Barbara Dąbrowska as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,

•         Ms. Aldona Kieler-Kowalska as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,

•         Mr. Sebastian Mikosz as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,

•         Ms. Małgorzata Starczewska-Krzysztoszek as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,

•         Mr. Artur Tomasik as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
