Polish Aviation Group was founded in December 2017 with the aim of establishing a leading aviation group in Central and Eastern Europe.

PGL S.A.’s primary responsibilities include formulating the Group’s strategy, safeguarding the strategic security of its member companies, and fostering their growth.

In collaboration with LOT Polish Airlines and other entities within the Group, PGL is working towards several key strategic objectives:

Operational Coordination: Coordinating operational activities across the group’s companies to ensure cohesive and effective management.
Synergy Enhancement: Increasing financial and operational synergies by centralising key corporate functions.
Training Development: Developing advanced training programs for operational staff, customised to meet the specific needs of the individual companies.
CPK Project Support: Providing support for the Central Communication Port (CPK) project, including preparing the Group for operations at the new airport facility.
