The Polish Aviation Academy (Polska Akademia Lotnicza) is Poland’s largest aviation training centre.
The company operates in four key areas: LOT Flight Academy (a flight school), CCTO (cabin crew simulator training), ATO/Type Rating (cockpit crew simulator training), and LFA Technics (technical support).

The Polish Aviation Academy trains both current and future flight crews at two locations.

The company’s headquarters and simulator centre are located on Jutrzenki Street in Warsaw, where the Academy boasts modern technological infrastructure, including Boeing 737 MAX, Embraer 190, and ALSIM ALX simulators for pilot training.

Cabin crews at the Polish Aviation Academy train using simulators such as the Fire Trainer Flame Aviation V9000 Commander for fire training, the Cabin Evacuation and Emergency Trainer for Boeing B737 aircraft, and the Door Trainer simulator for Boeing B787 and Embraer E190 aircraft.

The Polish Aviation Academy also operates a practical pilot training base in Piotrków Trybunalski. The Academy’s fleet comprises thirteen modern, single- and twin-engine Tecnam aircraft, which are excellent tools for learning and developing piloting skills.

The Polish Aviation Academy’s team comprises more than 100 specialists, including 53 practical flight training instructors, 20 theoretical instructors for cockpit crews, eight cabin crew instructors, technical support staff, and office personnel.

The Polish Aviation Academy trains professionals who are prepared to meet the challenges of the rapidly evolving aviation sector, contributing to its continued growth.
