Polish Aviation Group S.A. (PGL, the Capital Group, or PGL Group) regards measures designed to ensure the organisation\u2019s compliance with all applicable laws, as well as its internal ethical rules and standards of conduct, as a critical element of responsible and effective management of the companies within the PGL Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the operation and ongoing development of its Compliance system, PGL aims to achieve and maintain an organisational structure that minimises potential risks to the Capital Group. This is achieved, in particular, by mitigating the risks of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other incidents involving employees, associates, or contractors that could have negative consequences for PGL<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corruption<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conduct that contravenes applicable laws and regulations, such as breaches of the Personal Data Protection Act or the use of anti-competitive practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conduct that contravenes the Capital Group\u2019s established norms and procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conflict of interest<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Theft or destruction of property of Companies from the Capital Group<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
