The first edition of the LST4edu programme successfully completed

The first edition of the LS Technics internship programme, known as LST4edu, has come to an end. Twenty-one participants qualified for the programme and spent three months gaining both theoretical knowledge and practical experience under the guidance of our specialists. The internship programme took place simultaneously at two stations – in Katowice and Gdańsk. As a result, as many as 85% of the interns decided to stay with us and continue their professional careers at LS Technics. The interns took on new roles as junior aircraft technician, junior panel beater, junior NDT technician, junior component repair technician and junior aeronautical engineer. For us, this is a source of great satisfaction and confirmation that LST4edu truly supports the development of young people and opens up opportunities for them to start a career in the aviation industry.

New AED devices at LS Technics stations

For the safety of both employees and all visitors to our hangars, every LS Technics station is equipped with AED defibrillators. In September, KTW station employees attended specialised training on how to use the devices, at which they gained hands-on experience on how to respond in life-threatening situations. This marks another major step forward in strengthening the safety culture at LS Technics.
