LOTAMS at the Aviation Market Congress
We have just finished yet another edition of the Aviation Market Congress, which provided plenty of opportunities to discuss the challenges and future of the industry. The topics discussed included the situation on the aviation labour market, development of technical personnel, and the impact of European regulations on handling operations.
Tomasz Krzeszowski-Waloszek, Director of the HR Department at LOTAMS, took part in the panel discussion entitled “Human resources in aviation. How not to stop halfway down the runway?”. He shared our experiences in the development and retention of specialists in the MRO area.
We would like to thank the organisers for providing a space for meaningful discussion – there will be no shortage of topics to consider and act upon.
MRO Asia-Pacific 2025
For the first time, we attended the MRO Asia-Pacific trade fair in Singapore – one of the region’s leading aviation industry events. During the event, we held numerous meetings with partners and customers, and our company was represented on site by employees from the Sales Department, Marketing and Public Relations Team, and Purchasing Department.
Our presence at the fair was a perfect opportunity to present our offer, exchange experiences and learn about the latest trends in the MRO sector. We have also won a number of valued contacts, which open up new opportunities for us to develop in the Asian market.
By participating in MRO Asia-Pacific, we reaffirmed our belief that it is worthwhile to be part of the global industry community and actively build relationships in this dynamically developing region.
