LOT Polish Airlines launches ticket sales for a new destination. This time the national carrier will take passengers to the sunny island of Mallorca. During the 2026 summer season, service from Warsaw’s Chopin Airport will be offered 3 times per week, with the inaugural flight scheduled for 30 May 2026.
LOT Polish Airlines has announced the launch of a range of new year-round flights from Gdańsk’s Lech Wałęsa Airport. Inaugural flights to Brussels and Oslo are scheduled for 29 April 2026, and those heading to Bergen for 30 April 2026. Together with the previously announced connection between Gdańsk and Istanbul, the new routes mark another stage of the process of strengthening the presence of LOT Polish Airlines in the north of Poland.
LOT Polish Airlines invites students to participate in the 4th edition of the Best Thesis Competition. The initiative aims to bring academia and the industry together and promote career paths in aviation.
LOT Polish Airlines has commenced to sell tickets for its new, year-round Warsaw-Bangkok route. The inaugural flight to Bangkok will take off on 26 October 2026. The national carrier will be welcoming passengers aboard its hospitable planes 5 times per week.
LOT Polish Airlines has taken delivery of the first of thirteen Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft. Arriving at Chopin Airport from Boeing’s Seattle factory on 23 December 2025, it is the first plane sporting a new passenger cabin design, as the operator continues the process of introducing a new interior standard throughout its future fleet.
PZU, LOT Polish Airlines and Chubb have joined forces to offer a new, expanded travel insurance package known as “PZU LOT Travel Assistance”. The product is available directly on lot.com, when purchasing a ticket. Its new structure, broader coverage and increased benefits meet the needs of today’s travellers – whether they are planning a short city break, a family vacation or an active winter holiday in the mountains abroad.
