New website
December 17th marked the official launch of the new LOTAMS website. It has been designed to present the company’s activities in a clear and easily understandable manner. It is also intended to provide convenient access to information for customers, partners and job candidates.
It features visuals showcasing various areas of the company’s operations – from aircraft maintenance, to workshop facilities, to the daily work of highly specialised teams. The full portfolio of services, including base maintenance, line maintenance, workshop maintenance, aircraft painting and other LOTAMS business areas, is clearly presented as well.
The Careers tab is an important element of the new site, as it features current job offers and information introducing LOTAMS as an employer. This section supports employer branding activities and allows candidates to quickly learn about development opportunities within the company.
Christmas meetings
Christmas meetings for LOTAMS employees were held in December – on December 8th in Warsaw and December 15th in Rzeszów. They offered an opportunity to sum up the year together and to meet in a less formal, festive setting.
The meetings began with speeches by representatives of the Board of Directors and top management, after which came the opportunity to talk and spend time together over Christmas food and music. For many participants, it was a moment of respite from their daily duties and an opportunity to meet colleagues from different areas of the organisation.
Line maintenance now available in Kraków
LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services has launched a new line maintenance station at Kraków-Balice Airport. The facility provides round-the-clock maintenance services for aircraft operating from the Kraków airport.
The opening of the station in Kraków is another step in the implementation of LOTAMS’ development strategy, assuming the company will be present at key airports in Poland. Kraków joins the company’s network of line maintenance bases that are already located in Warsaw, Rzeszów, Gdańsk, Katowice, Poznań, Wrocław and Budapest. The expansion of the network enables to provide carriers with more efficient service, especially in terms of timeliness and continuity of their flight operations.
