Changes on the LOTAMS Board of Directors 

On 23 October 2025, the Supervisory Board of LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services Sp. z o.o. appointed Mr. Tadeusz Stachera as the company’s CEO, with his appointment becoming effective on 24 October 2025. 

The new LOTAMS CEO will simultaneously continue as CEO of LS Technics, a position he has held since July 2024. 

Mr. Tadeusz Stachera is a manager boasting many years of experience in the aviation industry, gained in maintenance organisations and in continuous airworthiness management. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, the National Defence Academy (now the War Studies University) and the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He began his career as an aircraft mechanic, to continue to serve as the Manager in Charge as well as CAMO and AMO Director. He also shared his knowledge and experience as an instructor at high schools and colleges.

LOTAMS and LS Technics will operate in close cooperation, complementing each other’s expertise and service offerings. The integration of the activities of the two companies, with both of them being part of the Polish Aviation Group, fits in with the strategy aiming to build a strong and integrated aviation sector in Poland.

As of 24 October 2025, the LOTAMS Board of Directors will be made up of the following:
• Mr. Tadeusz Stachera – CEO,
• Mr. Krzysztof Bronisz – Board Member in charge of Operations.
